FEES
In order to provide the most comprehensive and concise inventory service at the most competitive price Source provides its services at the following transparent and easily managed rates.
No additional charges are made when properties lie outwith Aberdeen City.
Inventories and Re-checks
10% of the monthly rental sum + VAT
i.e. If rental is £600, fee is therefore £60 + VAT = £72.00
Minimum charge of £55 + VAT
Tenant Accompanied Re-checks
5% of the monthly rental sum + VAT
Inspections Reports
One off fee of £35 + VAT
Standard Repairing Check
10% of rental +VAT if undertaken as a stand alone service, or
5% of rental +VAT, if performed at the same time as an inventory
